Earlier on, news had been going around that CHIKARA was set to shut down all operations following multiple sexual allegation charges against owner Mike Quackenbush. Quakenbush was accused by multiple people of sexual abuse toward female wrestlers. This coincides with a list of talent that have quit the organization including: Hallowicked, Jacob Hammermeier, Kimber Lee, Frightmare, Green Ant, and Joshua Wells.
Not long ago, Mike Quackenbush confirmed on his Twitter that CHIKARA is indeed no more. A full statement is expected in the very near future from Quackenbush.
