As we previously reported here on eWn, WWE is considering adding about four more matches to WrestleMania 40, and the working plan is to have seven matches per night on the main card.
WWE WrestleMania 40 currently has ten confirmed matches, and four more bouts would bring the total count to fourteen and approximately seven matches each night.
According to a report from Fightful Select, WWE sources state that adding around the four extra matches was to be expected and is still expected to happen over the next two weeks.
WrestleMania 40 will be held over two nights on April 6-7 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA. The event will be broadcast live on Peacock.
